Refund Policy – Pearson Dining

1. Overview

  • At Pearson Dining, we aim to provide high-quality service and a seamless experience for every booking. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

2. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable

  • In certain cases, a partial refund may be considered depending on notice provided

3. Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • More than 7 days notice: partial refund may be provided at our discretion

  • Less than 7 days notice: deposit may be forfeited

4. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to event details (such as guest numbers or menu) must be communicated in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, however refunds are not guaranteed once preparations have commenced.

5. Service-Based Nature

  • As our services are prepared specifically for each event, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Pearson Dining.
