Terms & Conditions – Pearson Dining
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Pearson Dining. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed once agreed in writing via email or message.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All quotes provided are based on the details supplied at the time of enquiry.
Prices may vary depending on:
Number of guests
Menu selection
Location
Service requirements
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the event.
4. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in loss of deposit.
6. Changes to Booking
Any changes to guest numbers, menu, or event details must be communicated in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
7. Service Conditions
Clients must provide:
Suitable kitchen or preparation space (for private dining)
Access to the venue at agreed times
Pearson Dining reserves the right to modify service if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
8. Dietary Requirements
Clients must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance.
We will take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Liability
Pearson Dining will not be held responsible for:
Any damage caused by circumstances beyond our control
Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Illness
Government restrictions
11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Pearson Dining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
